Join us on Sunday, May 25 at 12 PM for the second of six lectures in historian Patricia Salmon’s Historic Neighborhoods of Staten Island series. This lecture will focus on Prince’s Bay and will examine little known facts about the Seguine family, the Burke-Seguine Mansion, and the Manee-Seguine Homestead. In addition, it will cover the background stories of Mount Loretto, S. S. White, the oyster industry, the Quarantine Cemetery, Wolfe’s Pond Park, Richmond Memorial Hospital, the Purple Martin Colony of Lemon Creek and more.
