Stanley M. Zuckerberg (1919-1995) was an American artist known for his illustrations for magazines and books.  He illustrated books for Sinclair Lewis, Norman Mailer, and Vladimir Nabokov, amongst others.  Born and raised along the waterfront in Long Island, New York, Zuckerberg began to draw at the age of six.  He received an art scholarship to Pratt Institute and studied at the Arts Students League.  Also an accomplished painter, Zuckerberg primarily depicted the waterfronts of New England and Nova Scotia.
